Large area collector

The new large area collector Vitosol 200-F is supplied as type XL5 with 4.7 m² and as type XL10 with 9.43 m² collector area. Lifting eyes are factory-fitted on the collectors to make lifting by crane on site easier. Array sections up to 110 m² can be achieved quickly and easily to capture free solar energy.

The large collector areas mean little pipework when connecting several modules. Suitable installation accessories for installation on flat roofs and on rooftops are also available from Viessmann.

Direct flow vacuum tube collector

These vacuum-tube solar panels feature effective use of the sun's heat. The Sol-titanium coated absorbers collect a vast amount of solar energy and thereby ensure high efficiency. The vacuum in the tubes guarantees very effective thermal insulation. There are minimal losses between the glass pipes and absorbers – and the collector is able to transform even a minimum of sunlight into available heat.

The new Vitosol 300-F is a high performance flat-plate collector. It is ideal for DHW heating and central heating backup. High quality ensures permanent operational reliability and a long service life.

Through its anti-reflex glass, the highly selectively coated copper absorber utilises the intensive solar irradiation particularly well. The meander shape of the absorber ensures an even and reliable flow through the entire collector. The result is the assurance of high solar energy utilisation and efficiency.

High performance vacuum tube collector

The Vitosol 300-T high performance vacuum tube collector operates according to the proven heat pipe principle. It consequently offers particularly high operational reliability. One of the specific applications of the Vitosol 300-T is in systems with long phases of high solar irradiation without heat transfer, so called stagnation phases. The dry connection of the heat pipe tubes inside the header and the integral temperature limiter ensure particularly high operational reliability.
